The seminar will cover the statutory requirements and timelines for processing a non-judicial foreclosure in California, including a discussion about the differences between judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, deficiency judgements, the difference between recourse and non-recourse debt.

John Pasco, Jr. has been a licensed California real estate attorney for over 24 years. During his career he has worked both in private practice and as in house counsel. As in-house counsel he has worked with a national title underwriter handling title and escrow litigation and with a national 1031 exchange company advising clients on the structuring of 1031 exchanges. For the past 7 years John has managed title and escrow operations for two national title companies and is responsible for the creation of Old Republic Title's California Foreclosure Department.
