About Our Guests Gregg D. Josephson In the areas of banking, restructuring and bankruptcy, Mr. Josephson has represented numerous creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings with national experience representing defendants in avoidance actions, bankruptcy retention, fee related issues, plan confirmation trials and appeals, and claims allowance litigation. He has represented debtors and creditors on numerous Chapter 11 cases including: Enron Corp. bankruptcy filing and counsel to, Trump Hotel & Casino Resorts Chapter 11 case and Worldcom, to name a few. Brandon Williams On the transactional side, Brandon works with his clients to efficiently structure, negotiate, and document deals and strategies for all types of real estate, including retail, office, industrial, residential, mixed-use, redevelopment, in-fill, mining, agricultural, distressed, conservation or mitigation, renewable energy production, and bare land. He has drafted and negotiated agreements in all these contexts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, listing agreements, development agreements, easements, CC&Rs, and option agreements. He has extensive experience with complex title work, closings, and developing and documenting specially tailored structures for unique transactions. Brandon is a Director-at-Large for the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and has written the "Legal Tips" column for the ACRE newsletter. He is the proud father to four boys. |
