Event Overview
The Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) Charity Benefit and Broker of the Year Awards (BOYA) began in 1992. Each year, these prestigious awards recognize brokers who have achieved outstanding results across multiple brokerage categories, culminating in the presentation of the Broker of the Year Award to one exceptional industry professional.
Beyond celebrating excellence in commercial real estate, BOYA has made a lasting impact on the Sacramento community, contributing millions of dollars to local charities.

Membership Requirement
Nominees must be current ACRE members to be eligible for BOYA nomination.

Finalist Attendance Requirement
ACRE will notify all BOYA finalists. If selected as a finalist, attendance at the BOYA event is required.
Finalists who are not seated at a sponsored table must purchase an individual event ticket. If you are selected as a finalist but are unable to attend, please notify ACRE.
