Active Member
Active Membership is for professionals who are:
• Real Estate Broker or Agent
• Developer
• Property Manager
Must be licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. Members must spend at least 75% of their working time in commercial real estate brokerage, management, or development.
Annual Membership - $195
Associate Member
Associate Membership is for licensed professionals, including:
• Insurance Provider
• Attorney
• Real Property Appraiser
• Lender
• Mortgage Broker
• General Contractor
• Architect
• Engineer (Civil, Structural, Environmental)
• Exchange Intermediary
Companies, organizations, or licensed individuals must spend at least 75% of their working time in commercial real estate within one of the categories above.

Affiliate Member
Affiliate Membership is for:
Individuals, companies, or organizations involved in commercial real estate or related industries who DO NOT otherwise qualify for Active or Associate membership.
This category is ideal for allied partners, service providers, and organizations seeking visibility and connection to the commercial real estate community.
