About ACRE Membership | ACRE Philanthropy
The Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) raises money via our events. This allows us to donate thousands of dollars on a yearly basis to Sacramento regional charities in an effort to enhance and strengthen our community. Since 1983, ACRE has donated several millions of dollars to our region. When you join ACRE, you become a part of this regional giving community and your membership give you discounted pricing to our events. ACRE is honored to present some of the most prestigious and popular CRE events in the Sacramento region such as: Broker of the Year Awards (BOYA) Charity Benefit, Golf Tournament, Developer Showcase Tradeshow, Brokers Mid-Year Update, NEXTGEN networking events and many more specialty events.

Active Membership defined:
– Real Estate Broker or Agent
– Developer
– Property Manager.
You must be licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate. As a principal, partner, corporate office, trustee, or employee, you must spend at least 75% of your working time in the field of commercial real estate brokerage, management, or development. ACRE’s bylaws require that 75% of the membership be active members.

– Real Property Appraiser (Licensed)
– Lender
– Mortgage Broker (Licensed)
– General Contractor (Licensed)
– Architect (Licensed)
– Engineer; Civil, Structural, Environmental (Licensed)
– Exchange Intermediary Provider
Companies, organizations, or licensed individuals who spend at least 75% of his or her working time in the field of commercial real estate in any of the above categories.
